glorious man-made beaches besides three volcanic
'black' sand bays, linked together by a buzzing
seafront promenade.
The
sea is usually calm and safe for bathing with all
sorts of watersports available, including pedalos,
banana boat rides and jet skiing. For a change of
scene, there are dolphin and whale spotting boat
trips or guaranteed sightings at Aqualand
waterpark. Big game fishing is also excellent
around Tenerife, with every chance of hooking
marlin, tuna or even a shark!
